Happy April my friends!

In March, I took a much needed break from social media to catch my breath. Attempting to build a brand and business as someone with chronic illness who is also trying to maintain a part-time job is a lot to juggle. So, I have come back to things with fresh eyes and plans to streamline and simplify my work.

What that means for you is, I will be discontinuing my newsletters through this platform. I am already writing a weekly post/newsletter on Substack and feel like that is sufficient at this time. Perhaps I will return to this sometime in the future.

If you wish to keep up with me and my work, you can find me on:

This month I shared a free resource: a medical history template. This template can be used by anyone but is ideal for folks with chronic illness. Keep track of what you have been diagnosed with, when, and what doctor diagnosed you, symptoms, how symptoms impact your daily life, suspected diagnoses, and medications.
